The Horizon of Transformational Leadership Many researchers have shown the impact of transformational leadership on employees and how they evoke their performance from average employee to leaders. The reason why it happens is still ambiguous, and this proof of concept will present the sound evidence behind it. This peer review will also investigate how employee engagement provokes the bond between transformational leadership and outcome on a given project and ultimately increases employee retention. Many peer reviews and research papers have studied job retention, transformational leadership, and performance statistics on a macro scale and even linked all these, but this feasibility report goes into the microanalysis of this conceptualization. Understanding how employee engagement work can ultimately yield the desired outcome, effectiveness, and efficiency. The subject participants are aged from 18 to 77 years of age with a mean age of 40 years, and among them, 76 percent are male, and 26 percent are female. The subject leaders assign a project to the subordinates to be accomplished in a specified time and then performance will be studied by time and motion scientific technique and impact of transformational leadership will be linked with the real-time outcome. It further shows that transformational leaders an engaging workplace with the help of ideal influence, motivation, inspiration, intellectual manipulation, and individual consideration. The results of this feasibility report will provide evidence that employee engagement incites the link between the result of a given project and transformational leadership and unexpectedly increases employee retention. The audience of this proof of concept will be leaders and organizations because it will help them to extract expected outcome from human resources by applying the techniques of engagement and transformation management. The key performance indicators here are transformational leadership, employee engagement, and desired outcome. The critical finding of this review is the extraction of performance from employee beyond the inherent project interest, and this can be a significant efficiency amplification tool for organizations which relay enormously on human resources.
